Muscle and movement
Thai massage for stiffness and stretching. Full body massage at whatever pressure you choose, up to deep tissue. Arabic massage when you want the gentlest option.
Six treatments, each with its own room and its own technique. Not sure which one you want? Tell us what is bothering you and we will point you the right way.

Our treatments fall into three groups. Once you know which group you want, picking within it is easy.

The Moroccan bath: steam, black soap and a firm kessa scrub in its own wet room. The only treatment we do that is about skin rather than muscle.

The couples room, for two guests with a therapist each. And the four-hand massage, where two therapists work on one guest together.
Each page explains what actually happens, who the treatment suits, and who should pick something else.
Firm compression and assisted stretching, done fully clothed with no oil. The one to book if sitting at a desk has left you stiff.
Steam, black soap and a firm kessa scrub on a heated marble slab. A proper hammam, and the difference in your skin shows the same day.
Back, shoulders, neck, arms, legs and feet with warm oil, at any pressure from light to deep tissue. Our most-booked treatment.
Two therapists, one private room, two tables side by side. Please book ahead, because it needs two therapists free at the same time.
Warm scented oil and long, slow strokes. The gentlest treatment we do, and the one to book when you want to switch off rather than be worked on.
Two therapists working on you at once, mirroring each other. Twice the coverage in the same time, and it feels nothing like a normal massage.

The most popular combination is a Moroccan bath followed by a massage. The scrub warms and clears the skin, and the oil work afterwards feels different on it. Couples book this pairing most often.
A combined visit takes a lot longer and needs both the wet room and a treatment room held at the same time. Mention it in your first message so we can schedule both properly, rather than trying to squeeze the second treatment in afterwards.
Tell us what is bothering you — a stiff back, tired skin, a long week — and we will recommend the right one honestly.
