About Bliss Elora Spa

Bliss Elora Spa, known to some of our regulars as Elora VIP Spa, is a private day spa in Business Bay, Dubai. We are not part of a hotel, we do not sell memberships and there is no communal area. What we have is six treatments, a set of private rooms, and someone who answers the phone at any hour.

Where we are

We chose the 14th floor of Citadel Tower on purpose. Business Bay is one of the busiest districts in the city, full of offices and traffic, and fourteen floors up all of that goes quiet. Most guests notice it in the first ten seconds, before any treatment has started.

The practical side matters too. If you live or work in Business Bay, the whole journey is a lift ride. From Downtown Dubai, DIFC, the Canal, Jumeirah or the Marina it is a short and predictable drive.

Why we only do six treatments

We offer six treatments rather than thirty: Thai massage, the Moroccan bath, full body massage at any pressure, the couples suite, Arabic massage and four-hand massage.

A short menu means every treatment has a proper room and therapists who do it every day. It also means we can tell you honestly which one you want and which one you do not. If you ask for a four-hand massage when a deep tissue session would suit you better, we will say so.

Open 24 hours, genuinely

Business Bay works late and flights land at awkward times. We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and someone answers +971 52 335 7211 at any hour. How many therapists are free changes through the day, which is why we ask you to call or message before travelling. You get a straight answer instead of a hopeful one.

Privacy

Every treatment happens in a closed private room set up for your booking. The couples room takes two guests with a therapist each. The Moroccan bath has its own wet room with a heated marble slab. Nothing is shared and nothing overlaps.

We look after guests in English and Arabic, and every treatment on the menu is available to every guest.
